The Advisory Committe on Trustworthy Systems (ACTS) is an independent, not-for-profit, UK Public Good activity for Making Systems Better, that assumed the Coherence (COH) role for various activities in this area after the Government seedcorn funding for the TSI - the Trustworthy Software Initiative (2011 - 2016, originally "SSDRI") lapsed.It works closely with the Trustworthy Systems Foundation (TSFdn), which is owned bv the relevant Professional and Academic Bodies, and carries on development work in respect of the Body of Knowledge (BOK), Instruction (INS) and Conformity (CON), and with the Standards Development Organisations (SDO), in particular the UK's National Standards Body, the British Standards Institution (BSI), which produces the BS10754 series on Trustworthy Systems.
