We operate out of 7 different Chicagoland locations: Orland Park, South Elgin, Wauconda, Spring Grove, Ottawa, Bloomington and Gary, INFounded in 1945 in Orland Park, the Novak family has been represented at Martin Implement since 1957 when Art Novak purchased interest in the business, having started out as a shop apprentice in 1950. By 1964 Art was President and sole owner. His three sons, Tom, Bob and Bruce, came aboard in the early eighties. Upon Art's retirement as President in 1999, the Novak siblings were installed as company officers. Tom as President, Bob as Vice President, and Bruce as Secretary.The three Novak brothers manage the day to day operations of Martin Implement. Tom oversees the sales department, Bob is in charge of the rental department, and Bruce is responsible for financial and marketing functions. Steve Martin, whose first position was as an apprentice mechanic in 1971, is now the General Manager and has ownership in the business, as well. In 2009 the company opened a location in South Elgin, managed by Brad Beaulieu. In 2012 a third location was opened in Wauconda, managed by Andy Novak.Martin Implement is well represented by its dedicated employees who combine vast knowledge and expertise with a goal-driven approach.
