The Arkansas Cannabis Industry (ACIA) is the state's sole cannabis industry association representing a diverse group of allied interests including cultivators, retail establishments, processors, testing facilities, financial services, and other ancillary businesses. When Arkansans voted medical cannabis into law in 2016, they ushered in a new industry. ACIA was formed to unite our state's cannabis interests and help members navigate the complex rules and regulations that govern the industry, ensure Arkansas's medical cannabis patients have access to safe, high quality medicinal products, and educate lawmakers and regulators about the industry, including how to best support investment and innovation so the industry can achieve its full economic potential and benefit for the citizens of Arkansas.
