MissionTo represent the Geo-Information community in South Africa as a national, unified, representative body to promote and protect the interests of its members on all forums.AimTo unify South Africans with an interest in Geo-Information Science and act as an umbrella body for its members.GISSA Gauteng host quarterly meetings for the Geoinformation community. These meetings can be attended by our members free of charge as well as any non-member at a special once off fee per meeting. These meetings aim to bring together the community and share important and interesting information in the field. Attendees with attain 1 CPD point for the SAGC ( South African Geomatics Council) per meeting. Details of these meetings and other GISSA events will be posted on the page before each event.
