International Assessment for LearningGUIDE, GATE, and the Mirror School of Education through the Center for Understanding Learning/Training and Unique Research in Education Systems (CULTURES) in China collaborate with local governments, NGO's and businesses, centers, high schools, universities, institutes and colleges throughout the world assessing quality of early childhood education (ECE) learning experiences for Chinese English Language Learners including Culture and the Arts prior to primary school.
