Since 2013, Sebastian Otte has been researching and supporting development and change processes in different organizational systems. He is one of the first graduates of positive psychology studies in Germany and, as a certified positive leadership consultant and ambassador of the German Society of Positive Psychology, integrates this growth-oriented discipline of psychology as the centerpiece of his daily work. As a systemic coach and trainer of positive psychology, Sebastian Otte supports and accompanies executives, HR managers, teams and life explorers on their way to self-efficacy, growth and well-being.
