Integral Embodiment offers education, one-to-one sessions, workshops, retreats, and ceremonies to support you in transforming the wisdom of attachment, and relational and developmental trauma into physical and mental health, aliveness in relationships, and a sense of agency and purpose. We focus on your here and now.The process is grounded in both scientific methods and traditional medicine. I work, in particular, through the body with a healing touch, breathwork, trauma education, and somatic relating.My tools include mindfulness approaches, somatic sexological bodywork and pelvis work, breathwork, trauma release, and de-armoring. I deeply respect traditional wisdom and draw my tools from shamanism, which works with rituals, visualizations, meditation, and more. We can't explain some of these phenomena with scientific methods yet, but we can mindfully use them to support our process.
