JM Global Holding Company is a shell company. The Company was formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. The Company focuses on the consumer products sector in the United States (which may include a business based in the United States that has distribution opportunities outside the United States). Consumer products include goods and services that are bought for personal and household use, and intended for direct use or consumption. The Company intends to effectuate its initial business combination using cash from the proceeds of its initial public and the private placement, its capital stock, debt or a combination of these as the consideration to be paid in its initial business combination.
