Jo James provides a service with a difference we arrange an initial meeting with the Cleaner or Maid in your home, as sometimes people gel and others do not, remember this is a two-way thing. Thereafter the same person continues with you unless they are either ill or on holiday, then and only then we offer a replacement. We believe it is important that you meet the person who will be in and out of your home and you can put a face to a name.
