In the past few years, Khun Oh has shifted his focus as the owner of Arun's in Chicago, one of the city's most respected Thai fine dining restaurant. The opening of NORA Thai is a homecoming of sorts for Khun Oh as he shares the beloved dishes from his home country.Manora, or "Nora"​, for short, is an elegant style of traditional Thai dance originating in Southern Thailand. Dancers wear ornate headdresses and move with deliberate, rhythmic motions - acting out the "Manahora"​ legends of Buddha's past lives.
