Perbadanan Pengurusan Taman Raintree (MC) is a non-profit organization that has been entrusted with the responsibility of managing common area properties so that residents comfort to live. It works to collect resident maintenance charges (Service Charge and Sinking Fund) and does not intend to make a profit. The Management or Joint Management Body (JMB/MC) that has been established has the authority to collect maintenance charges from the owner/buyer for the purpose of to pay administration and maintenance charges for buildings and common property (Section 21- Subsection 2) and Section 33, Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).The Committee members (MC) are the backbone and management office staff are the driving force for this organization to ensure that the administrative system and maintenance works move forward.
