Our main asset is our capability to combine in depth knowledge of legal and procedural structures with sharp business instinct and sound analytical skills.The activities of the company can be divided in the following fields.ENGINEERING CONSULTANCYThe company has expertise in the following fields: Bridges & Viaducts , Tunnels and underpasses, Ports (quay walls and jetties), Buildings (residential/ commercial).The activities carried out in these fields range from complete turnkey solutions (feasibility study to site support) as well as specialised services (Complex analysis of structures, probabilistic cost estimating, Financing & exploitation models etc.).BUSINESS CONSULTANCYOur activities in the consultancy field are aimed at providing advice/counsel and services to Dutch companies trying to set up there activities in India and foreign companies trying to enter the Dutch market. We also provide cross cultural sessions to companies, explaining the differences between the Dutch and Indian (business) culture.Some projects we did in this field are:- Lecture for Corus Steel (now part of TATA): Cultural Differences India- the Netherlands;- Feasibility study Topfinish, a Dutch cladding company trying to enter India; - Market entry Tridexsolutions Inc. (an Indo-American company in 3D scanning) in the Netherlands.PROJECT DEVELOPMENWe stepped into project development, as it is a field where we can combine our skills and competences in the infrastructure and buildings market with our financial and commercial knowledge. Our creative team is constantly spotting and monitoring the markets and society to come up with project proposals, which we elaborate into commercially viable business plans.
