I have been a therapist for over 10 years and have helped clients from adolescents to retirees on challenges ranging from substance abuse to trauma, anger, culturally relevant issues and many other matters. I believe in the power of story - everything we experience in our lives is woven together, draws from other moments and impacts other areas. I have helped many people learn to find hope, to get "un-stuck," to rebuild again or find balance for the first time. Every story is different and every journey is unique.
