Part Time Hooligan is a filmmaking + video production duo, founded by Steph Twyford-Rigley and later partnered by Ryan Twyford-Rigley, that specializes in dark comedic content for short films, tv pilots, music videos, and commercials. PTH was founded by Steph in 2013 through her reputation in the filmmaking world as a one-woman-crew, writing, directing, shooting, acting in, an editing her own films that would go on to be screened and awarded internationally. Later, PTH developed into a production team with her partner, Ryan, and now commissions creative projects for clients ranging from short documentaries, music videos, and commercials.
