Pembroke MDF Inc. manufactures medium density fibreboards for woodworking applications including cabinets, shelving, furniture, store fixtures, moulding, and flooring. Its products include Ultra MDF that provides a panel for critical machining applications such as cabinet doors; Ultra Lite fibreboard, which is a non-load bearing panel, and flooring substrate, a thin profile panel used in the laminate flooring industry. The facility is located in Pembroke, Ontario, Canada.Pembroke MDF has the advantage of Canadian softwood that provides a uniform light color and a substrate perfectly suited to deep machining and finishing. Our medium density fiberboard is manufactured in a variety of dimensions and mechanical properties giving flexibility to the design of the ideal end product. We engineer board for specific performance characteristics required by our customers such as internal bond or density. Additional enhanced products offer choices in resin and air quality performance.
