Pension Insurance Company "DSK-Rodina" was founded in 1997. The main shareholder in the company is DSK Bank (with 99.85%). Currently DSK Bank is 99,92% owned by the Hungarian OTP Bank.Currently PIC "DSK-Rodina" is the only company on the Bulgarian market to offer full range of pension products. PIC "DSK-Rodina" manages and represents four funds for supplementary pension insurance. · Universal pension fund · Professional pension fund· Voluntary pension fund · Voluntary pension fund under occupational schemes. The mission of PIC "DSK-Rodina" and the pension funds managed by the Company has been: based on the capital accumulation to provide additional pension income to its clients in the conditions of demographic crisis. As of June 30th 2023, the total number of insured individuals in the four pension funds of PIC "DSK-Rodina" accounted for 951 000 and the accumulated net assets exceeded BGN 4.199 billion.
