Welcome to Phyxiom. We are a digital platform that transforms the clinical outcomes for patients with uncontrolled asthma and COPD. Using data-driven insight and trend analysis, we give clinicians a perspective of personalised patient care, over and above standardised guidance. As a spin-out of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) we have over 10 years of evidence-based approach with demonstrable results. The platform incorporates a remote diagnostics platform, which is device independent, integrating smart inhalers and spirometry devices to patient data for time-based analysis. The platform acts as an intelligent decision support system for physicians delivering patient clinical data in an easily accessible form. Currently, Phyxiom is being used in Ireland for evaluation of those patients identified for step-up to a biologic agent. Phyxiom has demonstrated a reduction in the need for step-up treatment for those patients and can provide objectivity and consistency of diagnosis and treatment across all HSE centres. Phyxiom saves time for both physicians and patients, provides accurate trends and predictive analytics, simplifies complex data aggregation while reducing costs and increasing efficiency for payers.
