Placer's mission is to ensure that every young person regardless of social background, increases their employability skills to successfully transition from education into work and apprenticeships. We achieve this by not only providing access to CPD-accredited employability skills training before they reach the workplace via The Placer Skills Academy, but then also talent matching them with work and apprenticeship opportunities via the Placer Talent Network.
