Join the "Plank for charity" movement today, get better health and at the same time make the world a better place. -------- On November 3rd our company Mobenga in Sweden started a fundraiser and sponsored a charity event. The idea was to raise money for every minute that an employee ‘planked' during office hours. The idea was simple yet very effective. The employees strengthen their core and at the same time are more productive. Saving money by promoting employee health offers an excellent opportunity to donate a portion of those savings to charity. A true win win situation. Join the Plank for Charity movement! GETTING STARTED Plankforcharity.org only provide a webapp for employees to log plank time. A company who wants to join plankforcharity.org simply creates a free account and ask their employees to log their time there. Any donations etc is up to each company to handle (plankforcharity.org is not a middle hand). Companies are completely free to choose whichever cause they want to donate to. WHAT TO DO NOW 1. Create an account at plankforcharity.org 2. When logged in, create a new group (company) or join an existing company 3. Invite all colleagues to join the group (company) at plankforcharity.org to log their time. If you have a budget for donating to charity, you can set the amount of money that should be donated per planked minute.
