Platform103 supports independent chefs to develop sustainable and financially viable catering businesses of their own. Through regular work opportunities they are able to transition from working long restaurant hours and cooking someone else's menus to creating something financially viable for themselves. Platform103 work with the chefs to create full events for our clients who are looking for something other than the usual corporate catering. Our chefs concentrate on providing quality, delicious and thoughtful food whilst we take care of the front of house and event management.
