Pop Up Yoga is about bringing the benefits of yoga to more people and encouraging people to embody their full potential.We take disused or under-utilised spaces and turn them yoga studios and shared workspaces to both bring the benefits of yoga to more people, as well as create productive and inspiring spaces for people to work from, whatever their profession may be.It might be a building that is due for demolition, disused function centres, boardrooms and sports clubs and we transformthe space into a beautiful and productive environment using 100% recycled and second-hand materials. That's our goal.We also encourage motivated people to utilize the spaces we create to run courses and workshops from on topics they are passionate about. Have you ever completed a course and wish you could implement and share what you have learnt with your friends and others but not had the facilities?
