Provider HealthLink of Louisiana (PHLLA) is an Independent Practice Association (IPA) for Louisiana Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) that works with FQHCs and Managed Care Plans to improve the quality of care of FQHCs. We work in close coordination with our clients and customers, focusing on quality improvement reporting and technical assistance, delegated credentialing, payment resolution, and cost savings for both the FQHCs and the plans. The goal of the IPA is directed at the FQHCs' patients, aiming to improve their quality of care and access to care. PHLLA knows that if we can improve quality and access, health outcomes will improve, and cost savings will accrue that can be shared by the IPA, it's members, and the plans.
