Norman, a resident of Devon, UK, was diagnosed with dementia at a young age of 50. Motivated by a negative encounter with a shopkeeper, he decided to transform attitudes and treatment towards individuals with dementia.Operating in Southeast Asia, with a strong presence in the Philippines, Global Dementia Alliance represents The Purple Angel's vision for global dementia awareness. We collaborate with stakeholders to foster understanding, combat stigma, and champion comprehensive support for those affected.Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we empower individuals with dementia and their families.
