He started the company in 2008 to better serve the customers/owners with the flexibility to accommodate what the customers/owners really want to see.Roger Pelt's son, Brandon Pelt, has 9 years of pipeline and industrial work along with 10+ years as a heavy civil project manager/ estimator with a Civil Engineer degree from McNeese State University.
