Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) was established in Jakarta on December 22, 2005 based on Notarial deed No.262, dated April 29, 1982 and amended by deed dated May 6, 1982 No.21 of Joenoes Maogimon, SH. The deed of establishment has been approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. C2-1705 HT.01.01.Th.82 dated October 9, 1982. In accordance with the business license from the Directorate General of Monetary, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. Kep-8431/MD/1986 on December 30, 1986. PT. Rajawali Insurance Brokers conducts Insurance Broker business activities, namely providing intermediary services in insurance coverage and handling insurance compensation settlements by acting in the interests of the insured.
