After many long years in the corporate world, Danny and Deborah Harville were looking for a way to leave the corporate world and branch out with a business of their own serving their community. They wanted to bring back customer centered service and Integrity. Both Danny and Deborah had watched as the companies they worked for increasingly moved customer service to the bottom of their priority list. Danny and Deborah began to see how they could bring their lifetime of experience to a business that would offer their community safety and peace of mind, personalized service and quality work performed with Integrity.Danny, a graduate of Statesboro Tech, holding a Six Sigma Black Belt along with 30yrs of industry experience including work in Electronics, Telephone, Cable and Electronic Security and Deborah, a graduate of Lake Sumter and 25 yrs of experience in office management and banking, established Red Oak Integration, a Security and Fire alarm company, in 2014. The motto for Red Oak would be, "Red Oak: a protective canopy with strong roots". The goal was to make customers feel safe in their homes and businesses and secure in the knowledge that they had the industry experience to back it up. Red Oak Integration has proudly served the WNC area, with a focus in our hometown area of Transylvania County, for 6 years. We have over 50 monitored accounts and hundreds of customers that turn to us to help them find the system that fits their need. We work with residential, small business and commercial customers every day. As the times continue to change, we continue to train and expand our knowledge to offer the community our best.
