Chinese tourists love going to Spain to buy luxury goods. They're entitled to a VAT refund of up to 21% of purchases. However, the process is long, tedious, and complicated. Tourists need to fill up forms, collect receipts, and queue up for hours just to get their refunds. Instead of filling up forms, collecting receipts, and queuing for hours, our customers only need to download our application and register their details. Once that is done, they can shop at any of our partner luxury brands and scan the QR code on the receipt. This will allow the things that they bought (as well as the corresponding, unique RFID tags of those items) to be credited to their accounts. When they get to the airport, they dont have to queue anymore. Our ultra high frequency RFID scanners placed strategically in the airport will look for the RFID tags associated with their accounts.
