So equity is already in the building.. I have 15 tears remolding experience along with 5 years working with struggling addicts... I would like to provide them a community or sanctuary to live sober... The return would generate between 2000 to 2500 apartment monthly when occupied.. Operating at even 3/4 capacity we would cover start up fully in less than 4 years with very little overhead ... The area when this endeavor is planned has an unlimited amount of clients unfortunately... This is what I feel a golden opportunity to start something great with very little exposure... Where as the equity and value of the building is worth double the investment amount... So with that as a back up I see very little risk ...
