Retake Roma is a Volunteer Organization - registered in the register of the Lazio Region and recognized as a non-profit organization - engaged in the fight against degradation, in the enhancement of public goods and in the spread of civic sense throughout the territory. It is a spontaneous movement of citizens, non-profit and non-partisan, which promotes the quality, livability and urban decor of Rome, maintaining and improving its beauty in a path of collaboration between citizens, economic operators and institutions, within the framework of the principle of subsidiarity (art. 118 of the Constitution). It operates through a set of civic mobilization events, educational projects and public-private partnerships and involves all the components of society in caring for and respecting the city, encouraging the spread of the civic sense and responsibility of every citizen in contributing to civil growth and economic Rome.
