Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) isn't seen as the fun stuff at work; we've all sat through too many tick-box online training sessions about the Equality Act 2010, and no-one likes the ‘PC Brigade'.But this isn't how it needs to be.EDI can be exciting, impactful and world-changing. The best thing is, we can all get started with just one little thing!I work with small and medium sized business in Norwich and the wider UK to provide consultancy primarily related to Equity, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and also within Human Resources. It's important to note these are very different fields, but I have experience as a practitioner in both!I love working with people getting started with discussions around EEDI and how to embed just processes in their work, and supporting organisations getting a solid foundation to their operation.
