The property company currently has a development project in the pipeline and has a number of investment acquisitions agreed. Agency work is also undertaken, with commission generated from sourcing investment properties for international investors, for whom we are solely retained. The company has now acquired a high street premises and is developing a concept for a chain of coffee shops. Whilst the pilot project is in its early stages, this is seen as a new and exciting opportunity in the Food & Drink sector. A market has been identified in the Telecommunications Industry and we are working closely with our partner industry specialists to bring purchasing and selling concepts to the market.
