SimplifyLaw is the commercial and corporate law practice operated using the NewLaw model by Yan Lawyers, a legal practice registered with the Hong Kong Law Society. It is the first of NewLaw practice in the local market which is run by a Hong Kong law firm and qualified Hong Kong lawyers.We have scrapped the much hated and indeed tyrannical billable hour model, and replace it with the more client-friendly fixed fee model.
