Data Quality is only as reliable as the people collecting it. SurveySights was co-founded by Payal Soneja & Shafali Sharma in January 2020 with the goal of creating social impact through the use of high-quality primary data.SurveySights specializes in field research by applying sector-agnostic expertise to facilitate data collection and management on the ground and render solutions to critical challenges within the development sector. As we study international development issues in a cultural and politically sensitive set up like India, we believe it is imperative to get a sense of what goes on in the mind of a data collector – "the one who sets the foundation for precision and eventually efficient policymaking for millions". At SurveySights, data collection calls for a collaboration of research with fieldwork, through which we empower organisations with services and tools to ensure that primary data meets the standards of quality. Keeping human values as the cornerstone of our work, we aim to build a cadre of highly skilled data collectors to bring about social transformation by adopting a unique 3Ts approach:1. TRAIN – Training field staff using our comprehensive sensitisation module.2. TRACK – Tracking field staff using our robust monitoring and measurement system.3.
