Our framework is implemented by The Armah Institute of Emotional Justice (The AIEJ). We are a global institute working across New York, Accra, London. By creating tools & developing resources using our framework, we engage, & dismantle systemic inequity for more harmonious and profitable institutions. Those tools manifest in 3 ways: PROJECTS, TRAINING, THOUGHT LEADERSHIP.
