The Health Collaborative is a non-profit, data-driven organization founded in 2015 in Cincinnati, Ohio. We bring together healthcare stakeholders, provide them with actionable data for the good of the community. For more, visit www.healthcollab.org .HealthBridge TechnologyOur Health Information Exchange (HIE), HealthBridge, offers products such as consulting, education, and health technology solutions and facilitates data-sharing among hospitals and healthcare systems to address healthcare and health equity challenges. Effective January 1, 2024, HealthBridge services will transition to CliniSync. Membership Members of The Health Collaborative benefit from services that support the delivery of high-quality care, promote efficiency, reduce costs, and drive collaboration across the healthcare community. Members include 30 hospitals and health systems, long-term care facilities, and several community and business partners invested in health and healthcare improvement.
