UTCIAD is the arm of CMD Networks that deals with Unified Communications and Service-oriented architecture . Co-incidentally, it also stands for Up The Cherries In All Departments, a chant that is unique to the rather splendid chaps who support the local Association Football Club, Boscombe Athletic FC.Boscombe AFC should not be confused with the town's other, rather older Professional Association Football Club, Bournemouth FC. To add a little more confusion, just recently the chaps at (to give them their proper name) Boscombe St John's Institute Football Club decided that they wanted to bask in some of Bournemouth FC's illustrious heritage and history, and so have changed their name to Bournemouth And Boscombe Athletic Football Club, the longest name ever to grace any of our Association Football's Professional Leagues.No sooner was the ink dry from their new-fangled cartridge-quill-pens, but some young whippersnapper with those fashionable glasses that young Mr John Lennon wears and those flared-legged pantaloons comes along and wants to rename The Boscombe to AFC Bournemouth. No Boscombe in there at all. Well you can take the Boscombe out of the club, but you can't take the club out of Boscombe.
