This is based on a short period of exclusivity (after which you're free to send it out to other agencies), with rates agreed up front. As always, the fee is only payable once a placement is made, which ensures your vacancy is worked properly, rather than just stuck on a few job boards & hope for the best. We understand how crucial it is that the right people join your team, and this option allows you the flexibility to increase your offer, where necessary, to secure that ‘unicorn' without having to pay extra to the agency as well.
