A former wellness professional turned virtual assistant and social media manager. With my trauma-informed lens and diverse range of online virtual assistant services, I help therapists and coaches like you elevate their online presence and reclaim time so they can thrive while doing what they do best. 

My story began late last year when I decided to take a risk, and left my 4-year role working as a Recreation Therapist at a mental health and addiction facility. Although I loved my job in so many ways, I was dealing with pretty debilitating anxiety and insomnia, and I felt very out of touch with my true sensitive and introverted nature. It was time for a change, and I was ready to hone in on my lifelong love for design, social media, detail-oriented work, and entrepreneurship.

Now, not only do I get to stay connected to the wellness professionals that I used to work alongside, but I get to support them and their business while staying true to myself, and filling my own cup in the process. An absolute win-win!
