We Must Be Bold is a community design studio helping clients connect with the people who love them most. We're a director-level team of creatives, researchers, strategists, community organizers, and producers led by managing partners Hugh Weber and Sheharazad Fleming. Hugh and Sheharazad come from vastly different backgrounds—that share surprising similarities—with Hugh's community organizing throughout the Midwest, and Sheharazad's creative work for Los Angeles cultural institutions, nonprofits, and civic organizations. Our process of Community Design uses a research based methodology to create lasting customer, civic, or community engagement for our clients.
