The mission of Walls That Care, Inc. is to promote the role of local artists in developing countries as agents of change by involving them in sustainable development projects in their own communities, as well as cultural, educational and artistic exchange with their peers and residents from communities in our donor countries. \\Our vision is to empower, heal and strengthen those most disenfranchised in our world with projects generated from a collaboration with uncommon, yet obvious actors of development: ARTISTS. As community members, artists in the developing world often struggle to get the value they deserve and we want to foster their role as agents of change by placing them at the forefront of community development. They will have the opportunity to identify issues, develop solutions and bring funding to their communities, gradually regaining their due respect as catalysts for change, agents of sustainable development, and ambassadors of cultural understanding and education through productive exchange with donor communities.
