"We envision a world of empowered young women in leadership roles dedicated to protecting the oceans and the world's natural water resources."We work to educate and empower girls, ages eight to eighteen to become water stewards through mentoring, internships and scholarship opportunities within their water related industry of interest.Our programs focus on creating future female leaders in underwater photography, videography, marine artistry, marine archaeology, marine conservation, marine science, environmental law, television and communications, professional diving, freediving, sports diving, professional water sports and more.
