We are Hummingbird Health (WAHBH) has been born out of a desire to help make a difference to people and how they feel about their mental health. Together we can work towards removing the fear of prejudice and stigma.WAHBH specialise in the delivery and implementation of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). MHFA is a training course that teaches people how to identify, understand and support someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.The ‘We are Hummingbird' group aims to create a global community where people can achieve the strength and confidence they need to communicate openly.I hope that this community becomes one that you and your staff can relate to, believe in and feel part of.
