As a member of China Writing Instrument Association and a famous brand in the writing instrument business, Wenzhou Zhongrui Stationery Co., Ltd. is a modern share-holding company with its own production plant and product development team. Apart from the international market, Zhongrui also has a strong presence in domestic market under its own brand Ruipai. Our factory has a land of over 9000sqm and production buildings of 26000sqm. The production team includes over 500 workers, among which 80 are in the product development and engineering. Our product falls into mainly 5 categories – Water color pen, highlighters, permanent markers, whiteboard markers and stationery sets. We have now over 100 different models / types of products. Quality has always been on the top priority list in the company since the day it was founded. We have set up a complete QC system to cover all the production processes. Thus we have seen great improvements in the past years in our quality and also a big increase in customers. While the majority of our customers come from America and European countries, we also have businesses with people from Middle Eastern and South East Asia. And of course all our products are compliant with EN71 standards, ASTM D-4236 etc. We have also passed ISO9001.
