Since October 2016 West Ridge advised on over £2.5bn of hotel real estate deals including the successful acquisition of 72 hotels comprised of 13,497 bedrooms valued over £1.5bn. These included portfolio and single asset deals; asset and company acquisition deals. Most of the work we do is to acquire hotel real estate for clients. We have over £80 million of hotel real estate under asset management.
