I have two patent products that aren't develop yet, unpublished book and all in production mode.The two inventions are the VIGOR Sports Drink and Massive Ear Head Phones.The concept that the customer is the only person qualified to specify what Quality means. This leads to detailed analyses of who are the customers, what are their needs, what features (or new) are required of our products/services, how do customers rate our products/services versus our competitors and why, how can we keep our customers satisfied?Customers are consider as the foundation of a successful business strategy. Organizations must satisfy them to be successful. Customers are the lifeblood of all organizations since they derive their profits from their relationship with their customers. Relationship are strengthened when the firms are committed to provide customers a superior and quality products.
