Wolk Collect is an art collective created by a predominantly female group of artists from Turkey and the Netherlands, melting two inherently different cultures in one pot.Our idea stemmed from two strong roots; creating for the world and caring for the world. They convinced us that the time of revolutions is long gone, and it's only ourselves we can revolutionize. We object; art flows through life and constantly reshapes the community. We believe that art has the power to change the world, rebuild the corrupted, and empower the repressed. And we, the artists, the ones with their heads in the clouds, are here to go with the flow, to capture it and be the carrier of the change, the revolution.
