The Women In recycling foundation was founded from with four environmental feminist,In 2020 we found that in the plastic value chain women who are living with less than 2$ per day are involved in high percentage most of them are involve as waste pickers and waste sorters in the recycling companies, but these women are experiencing a varieties of constrains including patriarchy, lack of skills ,limited training opportunities and restricted mobility have prevented women from improving their capacity to sustain their live hoods and enter strategic employment opportunities in the plastic waste market condition.Building on the idea success and strong recognizing demand of our solution we decided to register our group as Non—Governmental Organization the Women in recycling foundation (WORF)OUR MISSION• To excel at promoting health environment for women, young women and women with disabilities through strengthening of waste management system, skills developments. knowledge sharing and recycling business development OUR VISION• To empower women through recycling businesses, thriving communities in which all are full participated and develop freely waste society.
