The promoters dreamt of a primary mortgage institution that will be the benchmark for successful enterprise in mortgage in the mortgage and housing sub sector of the Nigerian economy and today, the dreams of the founders have turned to outstanding reality. The company is an initiative of the Jubilee Development Foundation of the RCCG MISSION, birthed by a crop of God fearing experienced and fertile minded Nigeria entrepreneurs.The vision has been sustained by a set of young, versatile, highly exposed financial technocrats who oversee the day to day administration of the company's business activities.The authorized and paid-up capital of Jubilee-Savings and Loans Limited at inception was N200,000,000.00 (Two hundred million naira only). This was increased to N3,000,000,000.00 (Three billion naira only) on the 12th of November, 2008.
